I have been working in professional and elite sport for over seven years during that time I have had the pleasure of working with some of the best athletes our country has to offer. What I really derive satisfaction and pleasure from is working with individuals and helping to achieve their own goals, using my experience and knowledge to help guide them. - Work with a coach who understands exactly what you need to do to improve and succeed and who won’t let you settle for anything other than what you ideally need to do.
- Constant communication and feedback via email and instant messaging. We can organise a face to face training session, skype calls or whatever we need to get the job done.
- More than just sets x reps. We strongly believe in the training process and will do everything in our power to make you a better lifter. If that means you need to work on your technique than that is exactly what you will be doing.
- Unlimited technique feedbacks from video analysis.

How much do your services cost?
We don’t offer a set service for a set price since not every use case is the same. We set what we believe is a fair price based off the client’s situation and needs. Generally my services cost in the region of £100 per month. If you want to discuss our pricing in more detail please make an enquiry
How do I know if you can help me?
There isn’t really a problem in the world of health and fitness that I can’t really help with. If you are looking for preparation for a bodybuilding show then I would look to another trainer who specialises in this area such as my good friend Ben Tormey.
I specialise in performance (elite sport/strength and conditioning consultation) and strength training with a strong specialisation in powerlifting.
